A 869 pound tuna has been caught last Wednesday in Prince Edward Island.
Commercial tuna fishing season has begun in Canada and Jamie Bruce's boat brought home the biggest catch he ever imagined.
They say so far, majority of the tunas are about 400 to 500 pounds, but fishermen are still happy with the price per pound.
Around $4 to $12 per pound, much lower from last year's $14 per pound. But Bruce hopes that in one or two months the fish will gain some weight and prices will rise again.
Fishermen are going out just five days a week and they are limited by rules to one catch per day and after they caught a total of 40 tons, they'll rest for a few weeks until October.
